  • Deep Dive Audit

    Deep Dive audits provide our team with a detailed view into the DNA of an account and by their nature, they afford sufficient time and access to look closely at all measurable areas of the account’s Amazon business to determine relative strengths and weaknesses (Amazon accounts generally have up to 24 months of sales data).

  • Value Creation Plan

    For each area analyzed, the following types of information will be presented:

    A Stoplight Scorecard (red/yellow/green) to benchmark the given account compared to category competitors or Amazon best practices.

    SWOT analysis will be performed on each area.

    A prioritized punch-list of improvement recommendations within each area.
