Our Approach To eCommerce Business Optimization

  • Requirements Analysis

At the start of the project, many important stakeholders need to be spoken with and new project requirements will be created based on those conversations. These requirements will then be used to move forward with the desired initiatives.

  • Start-Up

While the Requirements Analysis phase is needed to learn and generate solution options, the Startup phase makes decisions and begins to move forward with the finalized plan. That can include vendors and partners.

  • Build

The goal of this phase is to bring the vision to life. Whether we are conducting an RFP, or managing a major platform transition, we ensure all your projects meet their sucess, budget and timeline constraints.

What Makes Business Optimization Vital to Your Company?

  • You're at a Critical Crossroads

What you’ve previously relied on is not working anymore. Larger competitors have raised the bar on consumer expectations, putting your market share at risk.

You can see your organization will need to transform to survive: people, process, and technology. A clear execution roadmap and carefully orchestrated approach across functional teams is needed.

  • You Lack Efficiency & Effectiveness

Knowledge is very compartmentalized across your organization. Business leaders are not fully aware of what questions they should be asking of data and how data can enable their teams, streamline their work, and accelerate market progress. As a result, a simple technology upgrade is not enough.

There are many functions within the organization that lack the resources to achieve sustained growth. Our goal is to help your company invest in a digitally enabled data and infrastructure, and align your people, processes, and technology simultaneously to meet digital KPI’s.

  • Subpar Consumer Experience and Results

You’ve struggled to deliver a cohesive consumer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints and brands. RMW Commerce will drive the initiative to build new and deeper consumer relationships, generate additional revenue through more defined and actionable strategies, and align strategy, technology and business transformation services required to realize your business’ growth objectives.
