Learn About Our Approach

  • Business Analysis

The purpose of this step is meant to help validate the current state and needs of the company. It will help to collect sufficient data and analysis to inform our team’s understanding of the current state and future direction of the Client’s enterprise.

  • Assessment and Options Development

The objective of this step is to assess existing and/or planned in-province Client operating assets that can be leveraged to support the new supply chain initiative and to identify new operating and technology solutions and/or potential 3rd party service providers to fill any gaps.

  • Operating Plan Development and Implementation

The key deliverable for the engagement will be a comprehensive operating solution and roadmap to address the Client’s short-and long-term operating needs. Most likely, the final solution will involve some form of a shared services operating model that the brands will leverage to support their supply chain initiatives.
