What eCommerce Consulting Services Do You Offer?

What Would You Say You Do Here?

I often don't speak about what I do here, so I thought I would take a moment to describe that.

I run an eCommerce consulting firm, but different than the typical one. We focus on eCommerce business fundamentals. As my clients say, the "more steak than sizzle" side of eCommerce.

What is your Ideal Customer Profile?

- Private-Equity Backed Brands or Retailers

- Middle Market $80M - $800M in revenue

- Less than 10% of that number is through digital channels

Why Do People Come To RMW Commerce?

To help answer these critical questions:

- Acquisition Diligence:

If we acquire this company, are the people, process, and technology systems ready to support growth at scale?

- Strategic Planning:

What is the size of the prize (revenue/margin) and how much would we need to invest, in what areas, and why, to achieve that prize?

- Capability Building:

Can you help me change my business (people, process, technology, data, supply chain) in an efficient way in order to achieve my eCommerce financial plan?

That's it ;-)

Of course I serve other types of customers, including SaaS CEOs and Leaders looking to make transitions in their business too....
